Bourne & Tributary Book 4 (The River of Time Series) Review
Bourne & Tributary
Author: Lisa T. Bergren
Rating: 5
My Opinion
I loved this book. It is the fourth in the Waterfall series. So if you have not read the other three books I would highly suggest those! This book is actually two books in one, and it starts out right after the Torrent book ends, and then skips to a year later. Many surprises are hidden in this book, and some make you want to scream in happiness, while others make you want to pull out your hair!
Synopsis:
Gabi and Lia are back for more adventures! Gabi's husband and Lia's boyfriend come home from battle to their loving family’s. After the war an unstable peace begins to form between the countries of Firenze and Siena. A year later, Lord Greco mistakes a Fiorentini hunter as an enemy of Castello Forelli and injures the poor girl. Marcello opens his doors to the hunter in order to keep the peace between the two country’s. As the girl heals she is determined to take all the information she can back to her home town.
WARNING:
Violence is a big part of this book. There are many fights, and some soldiers get seriously injured. As for sexual content, there is kissing between married people but nothing further. The hunter is captured and beaten which is not a pretty sight. The language is very clean.
